Our very large production range includes many types of CNC Honing Machines, dozens of types of Honing Tools, all grits and hardness of Abrasives and Super-Abrasives stones.
The historical Plant of Busnago, very enlarged and highly modernized during the years, is now 100% Energy self-sufficient and it is the site for studying, testing and production of Honing solutions suitable and customized of ALL honing applications, thanks to the job of our Team of Engineers and Technicians highly specialized.

Our standard production includes CNC Honing Machines, suitable to vertically work up to L=1500mm, horizontally up to L=8000 mm, managed by the innovative software software CAR-Honesoft® totally developed by us on FANUC platform, which guarantees max versatility and simplicity.
Our Honing Tools: Expansion, Nominal, Diamond ones are for all bores types… cover Ø from 2 to 1600 mm (standard) and are used into many mechanical sectors of tubes, hydraulics, injectors, engines blocks of ALL materials… when very low Surface finishing (up to Ra<0.1) and high tolerances (roundness, cylindricity, straightness) are required.
